If the approximate wait time is 30 minutes, the entry host will give the guest a card stating to come back in 30 minutes and they will go straight onto the ride. This means that a guest does not have to physically wait in the queue rails in order to ride. Rates are available for holders of a State or Commonwealth authority's Disability Pension card at the ticket booths on the day of your visit upon card presentation. Guests who produce a Carer’s Card issued by relevant State or Commonwealth authorities (as opposed to a Companion Card) will be entitled to a discounted admission rate on presentation of the card at the park Admission booths. Companion tickets are available at the Front Gate Admissions booths only on presentation of the card on the day of the visit. Guests who produce a Companion Card (/) are entitled to one (1) free of charge Companion Ticket so that their companion can provide care and support during the visit.
